The first Pick-6 Scouting Big Board rankings of 2024 are here, with a list of our top 10 prospects overall, followed by positional top-fives.

Players are likely to rise and fall in the rankings over the next two months following Combine results and Pro Day performances.

Overall Top 10

1. Ohio State WR Marvin Harrison Jr.

Harrison is the best player on any field he steps onto. He grades out as a prospect at the same level as Larry Fitzgerald and Calvin Johnson before him. He likely will not be the top pick in the Draft, but he may well end up as the most outstanding selection when all is said and done.

2. USC QB Caleb Wiliams

Williams has been the top NFL quarterback prospect for the past two seasons. He won the Heisman in 2022 and despite taking a statistical step back by his standards last year, 3,000 yards and 30 touchdowns against five interceptions is hardly a “down” year.

3. Washington WR Rome Odunze

In any other class, Odunze would be the top wide receiver on the board. He has great size at 6-foot-3, 215 pounds, and gets good separation as a crisp route runner. He may slide out of the top-five selections due to positional needs but is easily one of this Draft’s most talented players.

4. North Carolina QB Drake Maye

Maye is the prototypical NFL passer and put up big numbers in Chapel Hill last year. He can make plays with his arm and legs and isn’t a project in terms of accuracy, which is a huge plus for a rookie quarterback.

5. Georgia TE Brock Bowers

Tight ends are historically undervalued in drafts, but Bowers should not be – especially given how valuable they can be in today’s NFL. Bowers is an offensive weapon and needs to be viewed like it. He is a difference-maker in the same way George Kittle and Travis Kelce have been for their respective Super Bowl squads.

6. Notre Dame OT Joe Alt

Alt is a big, experienced tackle who should be an anchor for the next decade. He started 33 games at Notre Dame and allowed just 16 quarterback pressures in his Fighting Irish career.

7. LSU WR Malik Nabers

Unlike Harrison Jr. and Odunze, Nabers is a burner. He can play inside or outside but has a knack for explosive plays, going for 1,569 yards and 14 touchdowns in 2023 with a catch for 35 yards or more in nine of his 13 games last season.

8. Penn State OT Olumuyiwa Fashanu

While Alt is a relatively known commodity, Fashanu is still somewhat in development - which is saying something since he’s been a top-10 caliber talent for the past two years. He has started 21 games at Penn State and just turned 21 years old.

9. Alabama OLB Dallas Turner

Turner had 10 sacks last season for the Crimson Tide and looks to be the top edge rusher in this year’s Draft class. He should hear his name called towards the end of the top 10 picks come April.

10. LSU QB Jayden Daniels

The 2023 Heisman Trophy winner is a much different kind of quarterback than Williams or Maye. A true dual threat, what separates Daniels is his elite speed on the ground… but he can still get the job done through the air with 57 touchdown passes in two seasons at LSU. If Daniels goes to a team willing to play to his strengths, he could be looking at a very bright NFL future.
